Chocolate coating, enrobing and cooling tunnels
Cooling tunnel, enrobing lines and chocolate injection in moulds for the production of pralines and bars and enrobing of countless bakery products, biscuits, panettone, leavened products, croissants, brioches and snacks, protein bars and snacks, meringues with chocolate, doughnuts and rice cakes.
Selmi's chocolate enrobing and moulding lines are extremely versatile, practical and customisable. They are available in standard sizes but the width of the coating belt and length of the chocolate cooling tunnel can also be customised for the specific requirements of each customer. The width of the belt can vary from 200mm to 600mm and the length of the tunnel can vary from 3-4 m up to 12-16 m.
Naturally, Selmi's chocolate tunnels and enrobing lines can be attached to a large range of accessories and machinery to maximise the performance and productivity of the lines.

Many accessories and total or partial enrobing trolleys are also available, which can also be added according to the specific needs of each customer: partial enrobing on the base of the product, chocolate side enrobing, the dedicated enrobing trolley for enrobing rice balls, donuts, biscuits and baked goods such as baci di dama. All enrobing trolleys can be combined with the nutshaker for decorating enrobed products with sprinkles, coconut rapè or other inclusions and the zigzag decorator.
